Elam staff are a hard working, ready-to-please group of technicians and electricians.
All businesses are an amalgam of people and their skills. Our team at Elam is particularly diverse and reflrcts the profile of Australia’s culture. We like it.
Our skill profiles are based on those who have Electrical and Cabling certificates together with apprentices who complement the field team. Together, with those who have double degrees, our team delivers a complex service for a complex environment.
We are ready to serve.
Elam Field Staff
Staffs
We have a staff roster that commands a good mix of Electricians, Comms technicians (Copper and Fibre Optic) and apprentices. Most staff have a well stocked, Elam Vehicle
The staff meet regularly for WHS updates, job feedback and general company matters.
When time permits we all gather for an Elam day to promote team bonding. Our last day out was on Sydney Harbour for our Christmas Cruise.
