Lyn Evans
Managing Director
Lyn started Elam in 1993 and is the key decision maker within Elam. She is responsible for ensuring the viability of the company. This means close attention to Productivity and Compliance matters.
When not working 12 hours days, Lyn can be found most Sunday afternoons mucking about on her beloved Northshore 31 “Sassy” as a way to unwind.
Kathryn Hardin
Senior Manager
Kath has been solidly committed to Elam since 1999. She looks after core business requirements and her excellent knowledge of the industry enables her to identify and focus on client needs. After hours she likes to remain active by kayaking, walking, boxing and snorkeling
Elam Field Staff
Staffs
We have a staff roster that commands a good mix of Electricians, Comms technicians (Copper and Fibre Optic) and apprentices. Most staff have a well stocked, Elam Vehicle
The staff meet regularly for WHS updates, job feedback and general company matters.
When time permits we all gather for an Elam day to promote team bonding. Our last day out was on Sydney Harbour for our Christmas Cruise.
